• Studied Acting, Singing and Dance, attaining high grades in all subjects.

ACTING:

• Played “Young Sally” in the musical “Follies”,  
• "Robinson Crusoe" in Pantomime, n 
• "They shoot horses don’t they", with NYT (GB) in the Edinburgh Fringe,
• "Tzeitel" in Fiddler on the Roof. 

TELEVISION:

•  Interviewed and performed on “Carlton Kids” in WOTS on 3 separate occasions,  

• Performed on “Money in the Bank” on HTV in WOTS, 

• Interviewed and performed on “Entertaining Mr. James” on HTV in WOTS,

• Interviewed for 54C’s “Hacio” about WOTS, 

• Interviewed, performed and hosted games on “Nickelodeon” on 3 separate occasions in WOTS, 

• Interviewed on many different radio stations, other TV stations, and many media Newspapers, in WOTS.

• Sung solo in “Noson Lawen” on S4C. 

• Sung solo in “Ma Ifan Ma” Live on S4C,

• Sung solo in HTV’s “Moon & Star’s”,   

• Sung solo in Simon Biagi’s “Friday night Live”, Live on HTV,   

• Performed two songs from “Fiddler on the Roof’ Live on S4C.

• Began a Development Record deal with Zenith café Records. Wrote and sung vocals on 4 of my own tracks.  
• Session sung all vocals on 3 Italian tracks, and a dance track.
• Won Heats of “Talent Trail 2001” in Hull and the Heats of “Talk of the coast”
• Talent competition in Blackpool. Wrote and recorded two songs.
• Session sung all vocals on 8 songs, written by a prestigious Italian producer.
• Sung Lead in the pop band “Word on the street” (WOTS) on the Smash Hits Tour, the T.V. Hits tour, the 911 U.K. tour, the B*Witched U.K. tour, the Nickelodeon Tour, the Live & Kicking Tour, the Disney Channel Tour,
• Performed alongside bands such as Westlife, FIVE, STEPS and The Atomic Kittens, in many Summer concerts (Party in the Park, etc...).
• Sung in the musical “Follies” in the New Theatre, Cardiff. 

• Modern street danced continually, learning new routines regularly whilst a member of WOTS.  
• Tap and Jazz danced in the musical “Follies”. 
• Ballroom danced in NYT’s “They Shoot Horses don’t they”,  
• Jazz danced in the NYT annual ball.  
• Choreographed and performed numerous Gymnastic Floor routines, for many different shows.
• Choreographed many group and individual routines for the “URDD Eisteddfod”, in numerous styles.  
• Toured Scotland in “The World Folk Festival” performing Clog dance routines.

• Photo Shoots for WOTS promotion, 
• Various Photo shoots for Photographers portfolio’s.
• Amateur Catwalk on various occasions.

SPORTS:

Swimming: 

• 1985 - 1996: intensive daily swimming training, 

• Welsh Record holder, competed in many European competitions, 

• Captained Welsh youth squad in Genoa, 2nd in Britain U16.

Diving.

• 2002: Trained for the London Marathon and raising money for visually impaired children.
