Reports say plans are
in place for the launch of a Spice Girls musical next year.
The Sun claims that the
five-piece are in advanced talks about the production of a big budget
stage show, Viva Forever, which will tell the rags-to-riches story of
members Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown,
Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri
Halliwell.
The show will feature renditions of 14 of the band's biggest hits and it
is thought the group will begin the hunt for the talent that will
portray them over the coming months.
Set to be penned by Kim Fuller, sister of the band's
former manager Simon Fuller, the show is scheduled to
open in London's West End on 5 November 2010.
