TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 
   

1) CONFIRMATION:

No job shall commence until the agency receives confirmation of your agreement to the booking details and our Terms & Conditions.

2) FEES:

Agreed Fees are normally charged by the hour, by the half day, or by the day. Overtime rates apply before 9.00 am and after 6.00 pm to all bookings over an 8 hour day. Overtime rate is one and a half times the normal hourly rate per hour overtime Monday to Saturday. Thirty minutes overtime will be charged as one hour overtime.

Sunday and Bank Holidays are charged at double time.

Usage, Territory and Fitting, Test and Experimental Photographic Fees to be agreed at the time of the booking, or if booking online, the next day by email or phone. 

All fees are to be negotiated with and made payable to TTT Promotions Ltd.

3) CANCELLATION:

If a booking is cancelled within three working days of the starting time, then the full fee will be charged. 

If a booking is cancelled because of illness to the model, production staff or Client or any person whose presence on the job is deemed necessary, or other delay outside the control of persons deemed necessary for the job, and upon evidence thereof no fee will be charged. This includes cancellation or delay due to the weather.

4) USAGE:

Catwalk/Runway bookings give the right to use the models' services on the catwalk or specific show and the right to use photographers and video for reporting purposes only. Any other usage for catwalk/runway or any other form of modelling (commercial, glamour, photographic including for internet use, editorial or artists model or performance such as TV commercials, acting (stage or film or in the public domain), singing or any performance whatsoever, must be negotiated at the time of booking. 

5) COPYRIGHT:

The photographer or Client is not entitled to use any of the material until the model signs a release form.

6) INSURANCE:

The Client is responsible for the models' health and safety when the model is travelling or providing services in connection with the booking to the same extent as if the model were an employee of the Client. The Client will maintain adequate insurance cover to underwrite its obligation to the model. The agent is not responsible if the model fails to attend the booking. The Client is advised to insure against any losses which might result if the model does not keep a booking because of ill health or some other reason.

7) COMPLAINTS:

Any cause for complaint must be reported to the agency when it arises. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect. In such a case the agency will seek the views (in writing) of both parties involved in the complaint. Whilst every effort is made to provide a satisfactory and professional service, we cannot be held responsible for a models' conduct on the job. 

8) UNAUTHORISED BOOKINGS & INTRODUCTORY FEES:

If the Client has employs a model without making that (or a new) booking through the agency, then the agency will charge the Client direct, an introductory fee of 20% of the models' total earnings during the period worked. This fee will apply regardless if the job is for one hour, one day, one week, one month or any number of periods of work.

9) These Terms & Conditions take precedence over ant previous Terms & Conditions. The agency reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions subject to any changes within the industry and any cost which might occur or increase.

10) These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Law of England & Wales.
